Somaliland National Tender Board

• Technical assistance for the drafting/updating of regulations and guidelines (harmonized procurement manual);
• Prepare government ‘owned’ guidelines procurement guidelines that will be used as a reference guide/ handbook for managing procurement cycle from planning to contract management;
• Draft Standard Bidding Documents (SBD’s) distinct for centralized National Tender Board;
• Conduct capacity need assessment and the development and Implementation of a national procurement (central and local government) capacity building strategy;
• Assist in public procurement survey and research so as to reflect the actual opportunities and challenges facing the organization;
• Prepare Proposal for organizational restructuring of the National Tender Board based on the International acceptable best practices in alignment with the local context.
